Namit Jhanwar is the co-founder and COO/CTO of Sesame Solar.
In his role, Namit has led the design, engineering, and manufacturing of the world's first 100% renewable Mobile Nanogrid, which is trusted major telecommunications companies, including Comcast and Cox; the U.S. Military, including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and U.S. Marines; and numerous cities and counties across the United States.
He also helped EDF India launch their fellowship program, EDF's Climate Corps India and guided over 65 fellows and 15 host organizations in developing net-zero roadmaps and energy reduction strategies.
Earlier in his career, Namit held roles at Godrej & Boyce, where he managed energy efficiency projects for industrial clients, and completed an EDF Climate Corps Fellowship at Pharmavite, by helping them achieve their yearly energy savings goals within 3 months.
He holds a Master's in Energy Systems Engineering from the University of Michigan.
